The open air museum has an attractive and child friendly location near Drøbak.
It contains both buildings and artifacts from Follo, as well as a bookshop, a museum shop and a café.
Follo Museum offers guided tours, exhibitions, lectures and activity days.

The polar explorer lived here from 1908 until 1928.
The house stands exactly as Amundsen left it when he departed on his last expedition
and thus it gives us a good insight into his life.

The Costal Centre is beautifully located beside the sea in the heart of Son.
The centre consists of three buildings, housing a book and souvenir shop, a goldsmith and exhibitions.
In the museum harbour there is old working and leisure boats from the Oslo Fjord.
Guided tours, varied activities and exhibitions are available.
